1. Services and agreement

These terms apply when you access or use services supplied by Badiyakhale Brodband Network. By registering, purchasing a package or using the platform, you confirm that you are authorized to act for your business and agree to these terms.

2. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for accurate registration information, protecting account credentials and all activity performed by authorized users. Notify Badiyakhale Brodband Network promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Packages, billing and payment

Package capacity, billing cycle, price, taxes and payment terms are shown during signup or on your invoice. Services may be limited or suspended when an invoice remains unpaid beyond the stated due date or grace period.

4. Acceptable use

You must use the service lawfully and must not attempt to disrupt the platform, access another customer’s data, bypass security controls, distribute malicious content or use the service in a way that harms other users.

5. Customer data

You retain responsibility for the subscriber and business data entered into your account. You must have the necessary authority and legal basis to collect, process and store that information.

6. Availability and support

Badiyakhale Brodband Network works to provide reliable service and reasonable support. Maintenance, provider outages, internet conditions and events outside reasonable control may occasionally affect availability.

7. Cancellation and changes

Contact Badiyakhale Brodband Network to change or cancel a service. Charges already incurred remain payable. Material changes to these terms will be published on this page.

8. Limitation and governing rules

To the extent allowed by applicable law, liability is limited to direct losses arising from the service and excludes indirect or consequential loss. Local consumer and commercial laws continue to apply where they cannot legally be excluded.
